Technical Assistance

Capable of assisting our customers remotely and with the aim of reducing the stop time of the machine on site.

CAM employees more than 50 service technicians globally, devoted to immediate after-sales service, ready to travel to any destination in case of emergencies within 48 hours.
 

Training

Qualified technical staff available for our customers to carry out training to the local technicians on site or at our plants.

On request, personalized packages for preventive maintenance may be offered.

Revisions and upgrades

LA FIDUCIARIA can carry out machines’ revisions, upgrades, modifications of all CAM machines and lines installed since 1949.

Machines are disassembled, if necessary, totally inspected, and parts are replaced when non conform or worn out.

In addition, new optional groups, like state of art SCADA and HMIs, code readers and ink jet or laser printers, track and trace systems with connection to the customer ERP can be integrated.
